What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone and shipping address, the fish you buy and your ship date. Payments are handled by Stripe — your card never reaches our servers.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form.
• The assistant (chat): your questions and its answers, to improve our answers. Please don’t share personal data in the chat.
• Visits: anonymous statistics (the page you arrived on, the site that sent you, your approximate city and device). No advertising cookies, and we don’t store IP addresses.

How we use it

To pack, ship and support your order, to answer your messages and to understand what visitors like. We never sell your information.

Who helps us

Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), OpenAI (the assistant), Cloudflare (website security) and the shipping carrier for your order.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information through the contact form. We keep order records as long as the law requires.
